Ball Winding
Need your yarn wound into a ball? I can do that for an additional fee per skein and/or set. Due to SRR being a solo operation with winding being done secondary to dying, please allow an extra business day or two for your order to process.
The cost is per skein. If you’re ordering multiple skeins, please select the correct number of skeins. Not doing so will further delay your order processing. This is a winding service listing, no yarn is included in this purchase.
Balled yarn is not eligible for returns.
Turnaround Time
Many items ship within 1-3 days. If your order needs to be dyed, it may take 5-7 business days for your order to process before being shipped. This ensures that multiple skein orders are well matched.

Shipping & Returns
We ship using our choice of either USPS or UPS. If your order qualifies for Free US Shipping we will choose the most economical service, in most cases being USPS Ground.
